That's the problem.

I mean, they all still got punched in the mouth and pushed aside by an exhausted and vastly outnumbered HSU + GKA.

Gaku Shou, Jyou Ka Ryuu and Fuu On all being injured and dismounted shortly after another wasn't a good look, but at the time we had no real reason to doubt Ji Aga's strength or Kan Saro's competence (still don't tbf).

Imho they were decent with Gakushou being actually pretty impressive considering low expectations, at least from my part.

Gakushou felt like a genuine threat, making life for the Gaku Ka very hard, cutting down Mouten too. They (including Fuuon) held down the Akou army and still do so with only Akou escaping.

Ji Aga and Kan Saro though?
Terrible start. Just terrible. Kan Saro has to pull some wild shit to save the Seika subordinate portrayal. Gakushou is already at his limit and Ji Aga is dead, only he remains.

Punking on Mouten is already mighty impressive, Ji Aga and Kan Saro have done nothing and one of those guys is dead.
He also kept Akou tied down all this time and turned him into a zombie albeit with Fuuon's help. The Akou army is strong af.
