Is Bleach Better than Kingdom?

Remember that the man who made Ho Bo Pa his bitch made Yoko Yoko the leader of Han, let that sink in
The mask is still badass, can't wait for Ousen to say "Woko Woko, it's your turn" then Woko Woko as someone who lost his home, his land, disappointed and heavy hearted, pours all these emotions on the battlefield and slaughters hundreds of Seika men fighting dearly for home.

Legit question, where does Yoko Yoko fit into the Qin army? And when does he actually join battle? Would Qin deploy Han troops to Zhao this quickly? (X doubt)

I don't think it takes that long, Ousen needs men for his upcoming Zhao invasion, the Han soliders are leaving their families behind in Qin territory, they'd be mad if they cross Qin. Ousen specifically is the best general to lead those troops, that's how he built the Ousen army anyway. But more importantly, he needs troops.

That is true, Ousen needs to replace his army very quickly and Gigakou’s don’t grow on trees lmfao. Still it would be interesting to see Qin force subjugated Han men into battle so quickly.

The Qin king will become a menace, would be too unrealistic otherwise. This man united the land notorious for breeding corrupt politicians, if he doesn't get his hands dirty I don't believe you
This manga is way past its prime, the entire writing changed when you compare the last couple arcs to the heavy hitters like Bayou Sanyou Coalition. Gyou was fantastic, diferent style but the level at which this invasion played out, it's phenomenal.
By far Qin's best invasion in the last couple of decades. I still can't believe @Elder Lee Hung thought the Han invasion is gonna be as grand as Gyou, it's not even close, we're talking Ousen heading into a bloodbath that is Western Zhao, filled to the brim with traps set by the most devious of generals, no backup, no supply line, you lose you get slaughtered to the last man, not even he would've survived.

Ousen greatness is coming he won't sleep on this loss, keeps him awake at night thinking of every possible way to pay them back

Aye, that makes sense. Ousen went from three Generals to just one. Bloke needs his army beefing up.

But let’s be real, no matter what Woko Woko does for the Ousen army, he’ll never be a Gigakou
Gigakou is the most competent right hand man, the level of trust Ousen had for Gigakou is beyond description
A brute do or die maniac when necessary, a strategic mind for tough formations and able to replicate some of Ousen’s defensive systems, literally immortal this man just wouldn’t fucking die
I kinda saw his death coming halfway into the arc, at one point SBS will reach Ousen and who other than Gigakou will show up to save him, he’d have walked on lava if it meant reaching Ousen lol

I don’t remember saying that but I definitely did think the Han arc had serious potential.

And in hindsight the arc wasn’t bad but I think the battle itself was probably the weakest battle in Kingdom or tied with KokuYou. Han basically put up zero fight at all. I’ve seen people in TKC talking about how “technically Rakuakan heavily wounded Tou” and “technically Shin was heavily wounded as well” but nah grand scheme of things Han just got completely clapped. I was fine with the way Hara handled it, it makes sense as this army has like no experience and that had to manifest somehow, overall I did enjoy the battle but like I said, weakest Kingdom battle or tied for weakest Kingdom battle imo.

The only good thing to come out of this arc is YOGOAT YOGOAT, how on earth the Han King decided to spare Rakuakan is beyond me lmfao. Commanders should lose their head for a lot less than what this motherfucker oversaw, legit I think this was the most devastating and humiliating defeat we’ve ever seen in the manga. I feel bad for the guy but damn, bro failed at every single turn. Hakuokoku intelligently through his own neck in the way of Shin’s Glaive to spare himself from this humiliation lol.

Raku screwed up so badly that Han didn't even get enough time to use its diplomatic skills to engage with the other states cause his army got folded so quickly. :risisweat:

Kokuyou is a pretty nice arc, Kanki is always interesting to watch, at least before the worst battle in Kingdom happened, Zhao retaliation. Some parts were good Kanki and Zenou did make some moves, but the execution itself was dogshit.
Anyway Kisui was great, such a chad. I hold Kisui > Keisha to this day, even Kanki thought as much.
Keisha seething from Kanki’s tactics like a horny ex then getting flanked by Zenou, what a picture that was

Hi Piss Unit ruined multiple arcs. Their best arc was definitely Gyou

I mean the motherfucker had one job: Don’t get completely folded in a short period of time

We can cut him some slack, Shin and Tou are crazy and technically it’s not totally his fault that Hakuokoku got himself killed.

So now Rakuakan has one job on day two: don’t get completely fucking folded for a second time in a row

And for that task he doesn’t even deploy Yoko, he leaves Han general Fu Kyou of zero renown to face the legendary Hi Shin Unit who defeated Houken and six other powerful commanders of wide renown over the years.

And again I’ll cut Rakuakan some slack, after getting fucking folded twice in a row, he plays the smart move and returns to Shintei, it’s not his fault that his princess and his king decided to surrender the state of Han lmfao, but still goddamn. This guy had one job and failed so, so miserably.

Imagine training for over a decade with the express purpose of defending Han, and then when the time finally comes to defend his state, he belly flops into the pool and drowns. And then the EMTs pull him out of the water, resuscitate him, he gets back on the diving board, and belly flops and drowns twice in a row. Lmfao

KokuYou was a massive slog for me. The dark scans made it tough to tell what was going on, Kanki was not an entertaining commander to read, Keisha was a pretty shallow antagonist, and Kisui was…fine. I just didn’t hook onto anything that arc, it’s still an arc I just really struggle to remember any highlights of. Even the more “mid” Kingdom battles like Choyou and Hango still have so many great moments and aspects for me, KokuYou was just…yawn.

I loved Gian, I’d give the battle a B+ until Kanki’s death which was the hardest death I’ve seen in any manga since Ouki. Legit the balls Hara had to just kill off every single member of the Kanki army after giving them an emotional backstory was just unironic peak fiction. Those death chapters still hit me right in the feels.

The fact this bum was hyped on the behalf of Renpa and Ouki

if I remember correctly, qin should be winning left and right until the dreaded disastrous Chu campaign of shin, right?
meaning ousen, moubu, ytw are gonna shine
