Hara built 900 chapters on the greatness of the generals ouki kanki mogo dukehyo and tou
And now only two remaining ousen and ytw
While the new gen can not even replace ouki or kanki or tou as character .
This why kingdom has already peaked and its peak ended with kanki death.

I disagree. Character wise the new gen generals across the board are more interesting characters than the old gen, but I believe Hara has loved any skill with which he has written those great old legends of the past.
Maybe you mean the aura which the old legend title carries in the mysterious era of ferocious battles we only get to see a glimpse off from time to time.
Hara simply isn't that guy anymore or he is and just stopped caring.

Shin who is has soft side of shonen mc although he is different but still he is is not interesting at all his reactions or words or action nothing standout.
Ohon and moten are played safe by hara they core is good but one ignored by hara most of the time and still they never come close to any of the said generals
I am not talking about what they will become at the end but right now , compare them both to ouki or kanki both of them together cant even fill one spot of those 2 .
This the problem.
Fans enjoyed kingdom for qin generals

But the blame only lies on hara cuz in the first place he who made those generals standout.
He should have done the same to new the gen.
