do sports regularly. that means at least once or twice a week. 30-45mins. more if you have the time.
running, lifting, whatever to keep your body fit.
eat healthy.
do not overeat.
educate yourelf.
stay away from the internet and media as much as you can.
I really do not get what is so complicated about lifestyle. its not that complicated.

recipes?
eat fresh and enough protein. basically.

@Ballel interesting articles and I am glad I read them. I take vitamin d supplements because I know I don’t get enough sun in the winter. Why does it feel like every thing has some sort of cancer risk?
Yeah, that sucks.
I usually try to get my skin used to the sun during spring so the summer sun can't do too much damage.
Or go into the shade during noon.
