This weekend is Simchat Torah, a Jewish Holiday. I suppose it wasn't a coincidence that this was when they decided to launch their attack.
I just want this shit to end. Israel will probably lead a bloody and brutal campaign against the Palestinians, and will surely commit more war crimes along the way. Yeah they'll definitely win the war, but nothing is going to change and the hatred the palestinians have towards israelis probably will only get worst.
Not to mention the hatred the larger muslim world will have towards jews. This stuff doesn't just stay in Israel/Palestine. I fear that there will be very real threat to jewish people in diaspora due to what is going on in Israel.
