I'm not sure about that anymore. I feel like Zionism has just prolonged jewish trauma by creating a scenario where the muslim world despises jews due to Israel, and the state is perpetually at war with the palestinians. Young kids turn 18 and they are required to go join the IDF because you never know when there'll be another terrorist attack or invasion of israel.

It creates a perpetual cycle of violence and trauma.

Everybody knows what's the alternative, don't play dumb as if genocide was the only choice. But if you're gonna be a bloodthirsty colonizer ready to kill thousands of innocents and children, at least have the decency of not biting the hand that feeds you. I have a solution for the Israel gov:

1. Cease fire immediately
2. Open humanitary corridors for food water and health
3. Cease the colonization immediately publically
4. Apologies to the palestinian nation publically for the war crimes on Gaza, the colonization etc.
5. Have a treaty signed with a third party with Palestinian government on the principles of Oslo accords

If Palestinian haven't taken down the Hamas by themself by now, have the International commitee put sanctions on the Palestinian gov to put an end to this group.

See, I've managed to deal with the Hamas problem without a single bomb. The problem of the Isralian gov, is not that they want to deal with Hamas now or protect their population, its that they DON'T WANT PEACE. Why ? Because fascism and the far right flourishes on wars.

Let the palestianian live, gouvern and take the hamas down on their own. But for that, they need PEACE.

I don't see this as a conventional war.Hamas is a militia financed by some other Islamist groups.They are not an actual military.They are terrorists.If there was an state of Palestine and it was at war with Israel,it would be different.Yet,targeting civilians would still be a war crime.

I asked for something that sounds realistic. They can't/won't take Hamas down on their own. They got 44% of the vote and stayed in power for 16 years since. Never would have worked.
