Yes. They at first said a hospital was struck, but now it looks like whatever hit that area just hit the parking lot, and the buildings surrounding it were largely fine.

Eh, my country likely won't draft -- and even if it does, it's usually 18-25 year olds that get drafted. So I'm pretty safe. Granted, if my country NEEDS soldiers because we're under direct threat, and every able bodied man is necessary to ensure the safety of our people (my family included), then I'll go to war willingly.
