Depends for what u see them as pathetic for, working for the Government?
I don't really try to look more into a OP character than powers and design and the Admirals are by far the best for me in that regard.

Which is pretty sad tbh. Imagine cooking up a +20 year pirate manga without a single real pirate in it

3. Vande Bharat Express.
4. Increased no. of Medical colleges and Hospital.
5. No monthly bomb blast.
6. No daily 4 hour electricity supply cut
7. Reduction in Income tax

Same thing. And it really ain't a improvement to me. It limits you at 10 transactions. Given A college student i do more transaction a day than that. I still have to carry cash with me.
