Which was an actual thing. The reactionnary tools to undermine Carrot were sexist ones:
- She lacks strenght
- She is annoying
- She is just another Chopper (which is a dehumanization of Carrot as a character, something typical of a sexist behavior)
- When Carrot depicted amazing feats, those moment of greatness were CONSTANTLY questionned and undermined
- She was criticized for being a crybaby at the end
- She was criticized for being dumb and Naive
- She was criticized from screaming too much
- Her characterization (which is exceptionnaly deep for such a character btw) has been CONSTANTLY undermined and question
- For her detractor she had "no personnality"

Etc. Etc.

Those are the ways women are usually treated by men in fiction. I stand by pretty much everything that I said on those threads. There was actual sexism, there was actual racism, there was actual reactionnary tool used to attack Carrot, Yamato, my argumentation (and me) but I agree that I tended to generalize a bit too much at the time. Simply because I had no idea at the time who was who and this entire Yamato toxic fanbase was like a blob of hatred to me with pretty much the same arguments.

Even if that is the case, it takes mental illness to be this committed to this.

Kids don't get sex education until they're atleast in middle school when the hormones start to develop/rage, with the practical purpose of reducing teen pregnancies. But teaching elementary school kids about sex and gender, something too complicated for them to understand and are very impressionable, is just fine. Kids have no business being taught that by anyone. It's no different than teaching little kids how to shoot guns. Like...why?

If you are going to keep firearms in your house,shouldn't you teach firearms safety to you kids in case your forget them outside of the safe? Now that you taught them firearms safety, why not teach them how to shoot and regularly take them to a firing range so they don't fantasize about breaking into your gun safe to play with the guns while you are at work? I see no reason to not teach kids firearm related skills.
