And, that Mayor was in Ghana when LA was on fire lmao
Not too unreasonable to suspect that the mayor had knowledge of a possibly planned arson event and chose to leave to Ghana a few days/weeks in advance so she could claim plausible deniability if she were to be confronted.

What are the actual chances of six different forest fires burning in six different locations at the same time and it being a coincidence?

In a twist of fate that could only be described as the universe’s version of poetic justice, or perhaps just a really bad day, Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrice Cullors has seen two of her luxurious mansions go up in flames, thanks to the raging wildfires in Los Angeles.

Patrice Cullors, who rose to prominence and wealth amid the fiery protests and riots that swept across American cities, advocating for social justice and change, has now encountered a very personal form of “change” herself. The irony is so thick you could cut it with the same knife used to slice through the red tape of bureaucracy.

These mansions, nestled in the upscale neighborhoods where the elite enjoy their private oases, were not just any homes. They were symbols of success, funded by the very donations meant to support a movement against systemic inequalities. But as the flames licked at the foundations of these symbols, one couldn’t help but wonder if this was the universe’s way of redistributing wealth in the most literal sense.

Witnesses report that as the fire engulfed one of the sprawling estates, a crowd gathered, not to help douse the flames, but to watch the spectacle, some even suggesting they were there for the “return on their investment.”

Cullors, known for her fiery rhetoric, was ironically speechless as she watched her assets turn into ash. Local residents, however, were more than happy to comment. “It’s like watching all that BLM money go up in smoke,” said one onlooker, adjusting his “Justice for All” cap. “Guess this is what they mean by ‘burning down the system’?” quipped another, clearly enjoying the show.

The firefighting efforts were reportedly complicated by the sheer volume of luxury items inside the homes, including what appeared to be an entire art gallery dedicated to the theme of “Resistance.” Firefighters noted that the paintings and sculptures made for quite the bonfire, turning the night sky into a canvas of irony.

Cullors, who has been vocal about wealth redistribution, now faces her own redistribution scenario, albeit not in the way she might have intended. When asked about her feelings on the matter, she could only mutter, “It’s a new form of activism… I guess.”

In the aftermath, local officials are now debating whether to start a “GoFundMe” for Cullors or perhaps use this as a case study for their next “Wealth and Fire Safety” seminar. Meanwhile, social media has erupted with hashtags like #KarmaBurns and #FireSale, showcasing memes of Cullors’ once grand homes now just smoldering reminders of a twist of fate.

As for the future of Cullors’ remaining property, one can only hope she’s learned to appreciate the more modest aspects of life—or at least invested in some very good fire insurance.

In the end, while the loss of property is never something to laugh about, in this case, it’s hard not to see the humor in the ashes. Here’s hoping that Cullors finds a new platform to advocate from, one that’s a bit less flammable.

Nothing is Built, Nothing is Back, and Nothing is Better.
Read this gem of a Youtube comment
Soon as Gavin Newsome took office he axed numerous water projects. This made the drought worse and raised our water rates due to supply issues. Gavin also refused to clean the dry brush out of the forests and reduce fire dangers. This is why insurance companies canceled so many policies while houses were burning. Not to mention Karen Bass cut the fire budget and did nothing to help the people of Los Angeles.
💀

Reborn

Throughout Heaven & Earth,I alone am d Honored One
And they're right next to the ocean lol. Doesn't help that 2 billionaires control the water supply either.
Lol

And, many people will get insurance denied while at the same time insurance costs would skyrocket.

This might push many people to poverty or low income threshold just because of mismanagement from the public officials.

Saw that fire dept chief interview. That was nuts.

And, as usual, these politicians would deny taking responsibilities and accountability.

Tbh, I am expecting a massive law suit from community against the state.

Yeah!

I don't believe at all it's natural.

6 fires in the same city back to back seems fishy.

I was reading some local people comments and they were saying this is the first time so many fires broke out in winters in Cal and that too at the same time.

After buying up all the land, the existing billionaires will sell or rent these homes at exorbitant prices that ordinary people won’t be able to afford, won't they?

There have been rumors going around that the scale of these wildfires were not purely coincidental. It's been suggested that someone (or some group) might have played a role in causing them to burn as extensively as they did over the past few days.
In Portugal, they do that to undervalue the price of wood.

Wouldn't a forest fire cause the price of lumber to increase, as the overall number of trees available for harvesting decreases?

So I expected value of wood would increase here 🤔
I'm not an expert at this. I heard both increases and decreases can happen depending on market dynamics. I was told it was often to devalue wood, so it sells more.

@Daniel Take what i said with a grain of salt, cause it was an old timer that told me that. Not the brightest guy. I got confused first time i heard that too.

Here:
Yes, wildfires can devalue wood in several ways:
  • Direct damage
Wildfires can directly damage existing trees, such as by burning the needles at the top of the tree, which disrupts photosynthesis.

  • Neighboring fires
Wildfires can also alter landowners' expectations of when fires will occur, which can lower the economic value of timberland.

  • Shrinking wood
As burnt wood loses moisture, it shrinks and cracks, which can cause boards to break.

  • Post-fire logging
Logging fire-killed trees can reduce future surface woody fuels and fire hazards. However, the effects of post-fire logging on woody fuels are not fully understood.
Wildfires can also weaken trees in other ways, such as:

  • Burned roots: Can make trees more likely to be toppled by wind
  • Bark char: Can disrupt the flow of water and nutrients from the base of the tree to the crown
  • Buds and cones: Can be destroyed, reducing the tree's ability to survive in the future
  • Trunk failure: Fires can burn through the interior of a tree, damaging the trunk
  • Pests: Fire damage can make trees more susceptible to wood-boring insects

That channel is funded by Turkey and panders to islamists

When Yahya Sinwar died, they made a video glorifying him and all the comments praised him as a hero

As if this man didn’t needlessly start a war that killed thousands of his own people just to spite Israel.
