Last thing China wants right now is to alienate India.

With US imposing tariffs, China is looking to diversify markets and what's best than India with huge population base, growing production and consumption and soon to be 4th largest economy in the World?

The trade war between US and China means dumping of goods into Indian market.

So, quite sure there won't be anything between India and China.


There is one more aspect to this - In recent times, though Pakistan got closer to China, West and India became more tightly allied as well.

In politics, there are no friends - every action is made on the basis of maximum gains we can get. IMO China simply has more to lose than to gain by engaging with India right now.

Don't forget that China sells weapons to Pakistan, while India gets its stock from the US mainly
So it all boils down to China vs US
And India depends on China far far more than China depends on India

China selling weapons to Pakistan isn't new.
Heck, their whole nuclear programme was sponsored by China..


And, it doesn't all boil down to US vs China.

India has much better ties with Russia than many of the Western countries. Though, arms sales from the West has increased but Russians remain a significant factor in our foreign policy.


And, when it comes to goods then yes India depends on china....

But when it comes to gaining access to huge market - world rely on India.

India is part of BRICS. India plays both sides. They are very clever about their foreign policy. I wish Brazil was in a similar position as them: A nuclear power that makes trade with everyone and keeps out of armed conflicts.

It's not about Russian help - it's about there is no black and white in the poltics - no friend or foe - just gains or losses.

USA got into an agreement with Houthis without informing Israel
China supports Pakistan and string of pearls to counter India but then needs India because of it's market size.

West sees India as an ally to counter balance china.

India allies with the West to counter china.

India allies with Russia to counter West.

India allies with the South and developing nations to counter balance developed nations.

India allies with developed nations to counter terrorism and for investments.

Russia sees India and china as friends to rely when west sanctions it


Everyone is looking to enhance their gains and China as of now needs India just like India needs China

Idk who said it here that it's a false flag but I remember you argued "Pakistan wants war and not India". True as well


India's focus is mainly on development. For us, the biggest challenges are to ensure development, terrorism, China growing influence, instability in the Middle East, and Climate change.

And, when it comes to Pakistan then it's not about religion as well - India has great ties with UAE, S. Arabia, Oman, Qatar; decent relations with Iran and Afghanistan, building relations with African countries while having strategic relations with Israel.

We struck Pakistan not to wage war but because :

"When terror rips through the hearts of the innocent, silence is no longer neutrality—it becomes sign of weakness.

Action, then, is not aggression—it is the cry for justice, the voice of those who can no longer speak. Strike, then, is to ensure terrorism doesn't become a way of life"


Even Pakistan civilians and civilian government doesn't seek war. It's their army and the opposition. For Pakistani army, war means more money flowing into them to fill theirs pockets and have more influence in the politics of Pakistan. Army generals in Pakistan are living lavish life while their economy is in grip of a crisis.

Even Pakistani citizens are getting fed up of this.

For opposition, it's the opportunity to seize power.

idk I remember going on Twitter and seeing Pakistanis call on their government to invade Israel. And that was before the most recent Gaza war.

I think a good amount of their populace is radicalized
