But more profits, higher salary for teachers and better infrastructure means education is more costly and thus it risks exclusions.

Actually they are measuring education based on the most important tests students have to do in US. Like the one to get into college. The school who has more approvals has better education.
Not when you have competition. Apple is a private company, is their product of less quality to reduce cost? Or more quality and unexplicable cost? And that's why most people use Android instead of iOS, the cost is better and the quality is around the same ( to be is even better but not really wanna debate this here and now).
If one school reduce quality to reduce cost is up to parents to decide if they keep their kids in this school or look for another with better quality. Also reducing the cost doesn't mean reducing the quality, is just being more efficient. Exactly what technology improvement does, improves efficient. More productivity less cost.

I asked for a ban. Well, people that blame crime on poverty usually use the argument of inequality and so on to justify why violent crime is higher among the poor. I just gave a proper reason for that. I didn't say all crime boils down to money and living standards.
