There was no private enterprise in the soviet union dude. At least not on a grand scale. The state owned the means of production and they would always have final say. You're so fucking disingenuous dude.
The means of production are still privately owned. Granted, a lot of state officials own these companies, but they are by definition privately owned. If Russia was truly communist Russia wouldn't have billionaires privately owning conglomerates.

The soviet union was never a democratic socialist society, there was no democracy whatsoever. The means of production were solely controlled by the state. All the companies where OWNED by the state. That's a key difference that you're overlooking. They were a communist regime.
Are you being serious? There's no way you're actually that dumb. I never brought up Russia or China or North Korea. Jesus Christ dude, I don't believe they are democratic socialists nations in the first place. I've been thorough enough for even a middle schooler to comprehend what I'm saying. If all you can say I "NOOOrth KoReA" or "ChiNNaa" then what's the point if you're not actually listening to what I'm saying?
Look at your own posts. It started with some discussion about communism and Russia was mentioned, now you pretend to never metion Russia.I mentioned China as a second example of the same thing happening:communist economy gone, but Communist owned hard/soft power still intact.

They allready did . With bird flu. And pigs with pig flu. Now they lowered the prices of milkand whole country sells they cows. You really are ignorant when you dont experience life first hand

Keep obfuscating dude, it's real easy when you don't have to actually argue against the crux of my argument. I am not a fucking communist, I don't believe in communism. I don't know how much clearer I can be. Democratic socialism still has many elements of capitalism, and I've listed them for you thoroughly. Now we can do one of two things. You can actually address the ideas that I'm presenting to you, or you can keep bringing up failed communist regimes which I don't agree with.

Ok, there's just no way you are actually arguing in good faith. I've been as thorough as possible when it comes to explaining my position. You will just keep pretending I'm a communist who agrees with the Cuban model.

I don't know what you're talking about? Are you saying some entity created these viruses to fuck with you?
We started debating over if Russia is still actually a communist regime.I argued it is because its still run by oligarchs and there is no real democracy there.Communism controlling means of production is an old thing, their strategy is to regulate/tax and keep cultural hegemony. You are the one deflecting my questions!I asked you if Russia was a democracy, you said you never mentioned Russia.I proved you did and now you pretending the debate was about your social democratic ideology, which it never was.You can believe what you want.I don't care about you.Answer the question or just stop quoting me and wasting my time.So back to the question i asked:do you believe Russia is a democracy?not going to even mention China as a second example because you will deflect
He will never understand.... now politics in my country wants toilets and water systems that cost 5k euros in every village home. When on avarage villager earn 2k a year... how will they ever pay this I dont know. Its all for greener planed...

And here it is ladies and gentlemen. A man without an ounce of nuanced thought who asks a question which he already knows the answer to. The conversation turned into that as it progressed. Now you feel the need to regress to that point cause you don't have a response to what I'm saying. You know what my answer is, and you know what I think about Russia. I'd respect you better if you could actually defend your position from a place of consistent ideology instead of making wild claims and backing it up all with "leftism = state control therefore russia = leftist" You're just not intellectually honest dude. All you want to do is call me a communist regardless of what my real position is.

It all started with this post i believe."They were a communist regime"Yes,true."The means of production is no longer owned by the state".Yes,true, but if you make it big brother Putin will ask for 50% of your shit.
In a democratic socialist society a private entity would be run in a more democratic way. You own your own labor therefore you have a say when it comes to production. The means of production are owned collectively, with certain industries completely out of the free market. No one is coming for your car or your home, it's just a way to give more power to the collective and prevent accumulation of wealth.
