I agree but if people want to be bigots and up in arms about that , I cant argue they dont have a right to choose where they want to spend my money. it is not unheard of to see people boycott companies for this exact reason.
I wonder where people get the time to care who serves your coffee at starbucks. Why do people care so much who's fucking who? My theory is that most of them are jelly.

Islam was spread by violence. Why is this even a discussion? But this behaviour doesn’t align with the Islamic message
We Alevis got massacred and oppressed for 1500 years by the Sunni Islam and it’s still a thing, even in Turkey
I don’t blame any religion itself and don’t held a grudge against a specific group of people but it’s still a sad reality
True but Most folks would argue the same for christianity which is regarded as the more acceptable religion in the west at least .
However oppressive colonization was effectively used as a tool to spread it across the globe so the reason for this deflection might be the fact that they feel this conversation in the first place is one sided .
Neither of these religions were spread without brutality. That however is an undeniable fact

90% of the folks who have an issue with it i.e same sex relationships
in my personal experience its their religion

cant speak for other places but here at least christianity has become almost synonymous with right-wing agendas. With gender transitioning discussions you tend to get a more varied crowd though (not just religious folks opposed to it ) . will note again of course
this is just what I see personally.

Yeah, religion plays a big part in it. But you also have to take into account that a lot of these folks are repressed and struggle between their real desires and what their faith dictates. The result? Closeted bigots with massive amounts of self hatred and resentment toward those who have decided to live their lives as openly lgbtq.

honestly perhaps a small amount but I dont think thats the case for most
if people feel they are alive/put in earth only to be on a moral mission to get everyone else to share the same kind of values they do , its very easy to see how this is the end result.

One minister of the gouvernment (ecology minister and coming from a opportunist leftist party now right-centrist) exchange in front of two journalists about this gofunme page . A page that was created by a far right political analyst meant to help the policeman who killed Nahel. The young boy whose death started the riots:

First Journalist: "are you shocked by this cagnotte (donation page) ?"

Surprisingly precise translation, and yes they do not have any control anymore on the police since they are almost composed as 100% of fascists
