Unfortunately I agree with this, it's very hard to draw a line and ban hate speech without actually restricting honest free speech for good people. It should remain legal yet strongly discouraged.

Agreed.I think what should be punished is not the speech itself,but rather the consequences of it.Example:some dude starts preaching about violence against the state.None hear him nothing happens for awhile,but then after some time some violent rioters adhere to his ideology and cause chaos and break the law.I think the guy that started it should be punished for it.

In germany they first took the power via regular election.

From what I’ve remember, he was an ardent anti capitalist who’s “labor” party basically switched the struggle with the proletariat(Marxist term) with Jews
