Rise and Fall of the Third Reich, by William S. Shirer, has a lot that goes into Hitler's beliefs (throughout his life). Basically, Hitler considered all forms of communism and socialism as a Jewish conspiracy, but also believed capitalism was a jewish scheme. At the end of the day, Hitler was described as "bored of" economics and didn't put as much thought into it as other areas.
He did have embarrassing moments when the actual socialists of the party in the North made labor demands of the aristocracy & corporations, having to walk that back with the Southern factory owners to assuage any fears of their party holding actual communist leanings. Though it's worth noting at least a handful of Hitler's early supporters in the business sector ended up in concentration camps by the end of WW2.
