There is a significant amount of schizophrenic people who are incapable of making decisions for themselves and need to be forcibly placed under government care.

This is just ONE of the hamas unit systems. What this MIGHT indicate, is that there could be links between UNWRA and hamas, it does not indicate that hamas hijacks humanitarian ressources to their profit as Israel claims. A link between between humanitarian ressources organization and the current lead group of resistance is not surprising at all.

There is no consensus on the notion of terrorism in international rights. In reality terrorism is a term that can be used by any categories of power to deligitimate actions of resistances or to condamn crimes. What Hamas did is a war crime, its how the international right defines what happened and this is this terminology that can allow the international agencies to attack the authors of the crimes in justice.
