Agent orange is just a pesticide. The real issue are hormonally active chemicals eg in plastic, industrial animal feed + once it gets into the wastewater system it pollutes the entire environment. Serious established science has been familiar with this issue for decades, they even taught it in school science class.

Agent Orange killed a lot of people by causing cancer and caused a lot of children to be born with all kinds birth defects. There are pesticides that do change some amphibians sexes. Plus,the US army used other chemicals in Vietnam too.
