I don't know if you are aware of that, but doing crimes or being in prison doesn't strip you from human rights.

Some people just associate work with slavery. Its the result of getting freebies from the gov.

Forced labor is slavery. However you want to see it.

When you are a criminal, you serve time in prison. This sentence is meant to put you away from society to keep it safe, not to torture you or to make you work for nothing on top of that.

Those two things are against human rights.
