It seems like you’re having a normal human experience outside of the context of an encouraging, intentional community. You need other people around you that are willing and able to speak truth and model it for you while meeting your needs. We all need accountability, we all need to see the joy of others in order for our own joy to be complete, and we all need help. This is something anyone can say regardless of their religious beliefs. I would encourage you to seek out a local church and ask how you can become involved and walk through your concerns with a pastor there. Nothing you are thinking or experiencing is too difficult or strange for other people to be able to identify with and help you with.
