Well, that’s not how it happened in America, nor should it have…but even a drastic measure like that was probably done with the intent of protecting as many vulnerable people as possible, it obviously doesn’t help out a country’s economy if a large portion of the population would rather keep themselves safe than risk getting sick after going to some random business.
It did happened in US as well. And no matter the intention it is wrong because it creates precedents. Once people allow themselves to be enslaved in order to be safe, then the ones in power can make up any ridiculous excuse to do what they want with the premise of keeping people safe.

The precedent being set is one of respecting the safety of others and protecting everyone against a deadly illness, but decency and selflessness is clearly in short supply these days…and if you haven’t noticed, rich and powerful villains have already subjugated most of the world, so I don’t know why you think that makes a difference in this case. I won’t even entertain the bit about free speech; the mere fact that people can choose what they put in their body invalidates that notion right off the bat. Agreed, but to be clear, anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism are two different things…some of the lowest common denominators (not saying you’re one of them) like to think they’re supporting Jewish people by defending the colonized state of Israel, but we have existed as a race/ethnicity for almost 6000 years, I’m not tying my entire cultural identity to a country that’s not even a century old. Moreover, for the descendants of a group of people who have been the target of both personal and state-sanctioned violence and hate crimes for most of recorded human history to show so little remorse when another group is being wiped off the face of the earth is truly despicable in my eyes. A lot of my family and friends have disavowed me for this stance, but I believe my grandparents who survived the Holocaust and passed away when I was a teenager are perpetually spinning in their graves because of this genocide and how fervently their children and other relatives are cheering it on.
