I used to be very active in the politics section on fanverse(narutoforums) and this one, and i've seen idiots like you and logiko call people nazis that were very far from actually being nazis. emphasis on the bolded part. you are an alright dude, but sometimes this partisan bullshit makes you lose your goddamn mind holy fuck.

btw im a migrant living in germany voting left/green parties and actual nazis are a potential danger for me.

Allow me to talk to you a little bit about humor. Humor can be oppressive or it can be inclusive.

Here, if we simplify, the purpose of this humor is to you laugh because a man who slapped a woman actually read a sexist book. Which ... is not really funny in itself unless we think it's funny that sexist men beat women. As here is the catch > This meme could perfectly be read by a sexist man just as funnily as you did. So what does this means?

The reality is that the action is not questionned, we are supposed to laugh because the man is sexist, but no one is telling us why it is sexist. We laugh because there was a woman beaten in the first place. This therefore puts not only the man, but the woman as a subject of the joke here.

This is what we call oppressive humor as it negates and strongly exclude the victim of such act from being able to laugh with you (women in that instance)

This is usually edgy and right wing humor.

For a French guy you seem to know surprisingly little of the nature of satire

I understand your point, but I've used it before. For example I remember once saying "Logiko is the type of guy who would call me a Nazi if I disagree with him on 2 out of 100 points". So I think he was using it in that context.
