......It's obviously both of them. Republicans made a bill knowing full well the Democrats would disagree with it, and went with an all-or-nothing approach; no intent to negotiate. They hoped the Democrats would've caved into shutdown pressures but they never backed down. The Democrats are trying to negotiate, but the Republicans dont want to compromise and want all of their demands met.

Again, its so obviously both of them. Only a very biased person would solely blame the other.

That's what I've been killing myself to explain. Biases are a strong thing. They completely blur the vision of one self, so Ravager defending horrible stuff, Herrera denying a genocide, Zenos denying scientific data, or the vision of majority about me.. . every of these things are based on biases and material interests. It's like a veil in front of the face. No matter how hard one try, it won't get through.
