Now it is about how often it happens? If someone does it 10 times a day, and you do it only 5 times a day, you're still going the same thing as them, enough for it to be noticeable.

The question is, which side started this? Self-defense is a thing. If insults are legal in here, don't complain when people insult you back to defend their honor. This place became way more toxic back when Toby joined the debate. At least C4N can piss people off without resorting to name-calling. Toby isn't as refined, unfortunately.

Before Toby was around, I, and others like Herrera, did offend people by having opinions that are not politically correct. We didn't go out of our way to personally call people names; there is a big difference in what we did and what Toby does and has admitted to doing. Don't resort to logical fallacies to defend your boy again. Anyone in here can clearly see the difference. I have been banned once for a dark humor joke, once for a very lighthearted joke, and another time for doubting a user's nationality; never have I been banned for going on an insult spree against anyone.
Toby is currently banned for this very reason. By the way, congratulations to whoever swung the axe. Well done!
