Tbh, I think, now it would be best if the current regime goes down.

Since Khamenei's death, many Iranians came out in open celebrating. There are videos going around. And, digital footprints stays.

If the current regime stays in power then we can only imagine their fate because crackdown will happen.

You have to remember there are many pro Ayotallah groups within Iran that US needs to overcome.

I think regime change is pipe dream unless US goes in full conventional war which will never happen. Republicans will get decimated in mid terms. Its likely going to be short operation they will down more missiles and accept consolidated cease fire but Don will celebrate he won like he does.

To me it doesnt look like regime change exercise with how battle formation is being done.

The main agenda is all about destabilising IRGC . They are infamously aligning Kurds which US has betrayed during war on ISIS.
