Is it from Devil Fruits? What do you think the fruits are? God-themed Mythical Zoans like Saturn God, Mars God etc? Logias? Paramecia?

Are they from a certain monstrous or beastly race? Lunarian? Unseen ancient race? What are their abilities?

Is it haki-based? CoA hardening so strong and thick it can transform Gorosei's bodies, construct monster-shaped body armors, or summon Jojo-style Stands?

Or probably something even more central to One Piece lore, like if there are Devil Fruits, there must be a tree of origin to them all...Devil Tree powers? Lol

or maybe a rather edgy answer: if there are Devil Fruits, then Gorosei are Origin Devils that create DFs? While Imu is a Prime Devil God / Heavenly Demon or something?

Or is Imu the Father/Mother of all Ancient Weapons? Will Imu have the theme of Gaia, The Creator of Life of Ancient Weapons or Creator of Devil Fruits? Or is he/she/it Chaos, The Embodiment of Destruction itself?

This reminds me of my old assumption that haki and devil fruits come from the same source. Haki is literally a physical manifestation of one's willpower, and haki can interact with devil fruits whether by countering or enhancing them.

I've also always believed that Asura is the physical manifestion of Zoro's willpower. Like, if Zoro dies and his soul goes inside a fruit, it would become a mythical human human fruit: Model Asura for example.

So for now, I'm just gonna assume Imu and the Gorosei are doing what Zoro does with Asura. Or they could just be mythical zoans since this is Oda.

if we have gods figures (if nika isn't only one) maybe we also have counter part to them (evil gods or demons)
Imu probably is sea devil or mother sea or god of sea (some thing like that)
other elders probably also have demon / evil god related fruits i don't think its fun if all of them have mythical zoans unless its some mythical zoans that have out of norm powers its also possible that some of them have dfs that can make creature like figures with it like magellan and karasu

Given how even Joy Boy's a devil's fruit user, they're all likely DF users too—probably in the same class as Kaido's fruit or something.
