No evidence doesn’t mean that it’s fake. No evidence = the possibility is unknown. Could go either way.
There could be beings from a higher dimension or another realm, who are not part of the material "realm". So you can’t see them but that doesn’t mean that they don’t exist.
We’re just one tiny part of something much bigger. Science is important but has limits. There are endless possibilities and I love that.
I think our soul has access to the "other realms".
I think what we call "supernatural" are really just natural forces but it's harder for us to detect them.
That being said, I
know that spiritual forces exist because I have felt/seen them.
It feels as if you're "seeing" them but at the same time you know you're not seeing it with your eyes.

I still believe it was just some chemical in my head playing with my brain.
What happened might have been real, a had similar experiences.
I don't understand it when people say "it's just the brain playing tricks on you".
Of course what manifests does have to have an effect on your brain, no?!
That's like saying "no, I didn't just pick up a glass of water. There were just some chemicals im my brain that made the muscles in my hand contract and move to put my fingers around the glass"
This doesn't disprove your experience.
And why should your own brain even play tricks on you?? Your brain IS you.
