Muugen, think please. Why would Fuji include an ability where the Mafia get to restrict the lynch like that at random? What I think they plan to do is use the panic/lack of thought from players to quickly build votes, and then hammer the lynch. They almost certainly cannot restrict the lynch to just those players. And if they can, then one Mafia will *have* to be in there, otherwise the ability is just broken. So what should first be established is that the votes are locked to those players, and if they are, then what should next be established is who is Mafia, and I think it's pretty evident that it isn't me.

You don't get to blame this on me claiming Indie. This is, pure and simply, not thinking it through clearly. Focus please.

This is why you first need to establish that the lynch is actually restricted. If it is, then you will have to accept that there is Mafia in that list - and I think it's very clear that it isn't me. Which will mean you need to rethink your town reads. But only if it gets to that point. Establish one thing first, then the next.
