I give 6/10 point maybe 7/10. Definitely not close to Gladiator 1.

Gladiator is my favorite film ever.
Sad this one isn't living up to the expectations.

I saw Gladiator 2 today and I liked the setting. One of the colosseum fight scene was climatic. However, I did not like the actors in the movie and there were some scenes I felt that didn't even need to be in the movie.

I prefer the first Gladiator movie because Russell Crowe and Joaquin Phoenix's acting were really good.

I am biased towards those types of movies so its fine by me 4/5 . I think movie didnt have proper ending .

Its ok not like the Original . Crowe and Phoenix bossed entire movie not even close to the old movie even Crowe recommended not to remake the movie .

Hollywood has fetish for sequels as of late thanks to Marvel but they should understand let some things be . I won’t want someone to touch Shinning , Back to the future .
