The way he said it sounds like he had seen a similar destruction happened before in the past, he is probably talking about Nika as he was talking about it right after processing Kuma's flashback.

The only additional thought I have is that if it is Uranus, the Davy clan residing here to protect it makes sense, similar to what the Kozuki clan does for Pluton. Destroying the island unleashes it, but yeah Im not sure what this means beyond the Davy clan now.
