We are talking about current DBS Goku and he has never shown resistance to time manipulation or freaking acausality (in case if Superman decides to kill his younger self).
Xeno Goku would win against Pre Crisis Superman but again, we were comparing DBS Goku with Pre Crisis Superman.

That would be unfair because Pre Crisis is not the current timeline, you are using the main current timeline to the ultimate classic timeline.

Superman's time travel functioned based on the theory that if one exceeds the speed of light he'll start going back in time. Though there were moments when he traveled faster than light without time traveling. Sometimes he increases mass(or maybe it's just Flash) when he does that, it's kinda arbitrary.
