Character Discussion Greenbull did not run away from Shanks

Again I excluded Akainu since he's the FA and what not
He seems special especially since Oda had him specifically scar Luffy, included him in that spread where Vegapunk talks about who will claim the OP, etc.
He'll likely be above the other Admirals and a god tier
As for Kuzan, he probably isn't above Kizaru Aramaki or Issho. Hasn't shown anything that the others can't do so far

Greenbull being stronger than Kizaru, maybe, maybe not, maybe they are equals, if GreenBull has a black blade and his logia fruit is awakened then I would say that he is stronger than Kizaru and due to his vines he would be harder to handle,
When it comes to Luffy vs Shanks, I think Luffy's haki is definetly way weaker, since he got to emperor strength using both a fruit and his haki, I'm not sure if thee is anybody right now that equals Shanks in haki, maybe Imu or a holy knight, Mihawk is around that level too but black blade users may rely more on armament haki and that's where Mihawk's haki may be stronger than Shanks', with Shanks' conquerors haki being stronger than Mihawk's, but the thing is that both Luffy and Shanks are at a very big disadvantage against each other, Luffy can't take many sword cuts, and since swordsmen usually don't take a lot of hits either, Shanks also can't take a lot of punches from Luffy, I think if Shanks lands one or two swordsmoves he should win, but if Luffy lands 4 or 5 named attacks then he wins,

Either way, as things are going, pirate king Luffy should be able to handle admirals like an emperor would handle commanders

There is currently no narrative confirmation of which admiral is stronger nor the implication of it in the story. If you look at marineford for example Kuzan moves out first but Sakazuki the last, but Kuzan and Sakazuki were the fleet candidates so.
And Greenbull and Fujitora are in-universe wildcards

Because I think a very high if not max CoC output is needed to do to a Top Tier what Shanks has done to GB.
Dory and Brogy aren't sure if Joyboy's max CoC is above that of Shanks and I'm not sure if they have experienced Shanks flex his max CoC while being angry like he did against Ryokugyu.
But since I don't wanna entertain Shanks having higher CoC than Soyboy I assume Shanks used his CoC on max volume against Aramaki which about equals the CoC that Robot unleashed.

Like it may have been an extreme diff but the dude still won on the 10th day
And he may have gotten stronger since then
But also one came out with a leg missing and the other part of his ear missing and scars over his body
So despite how hard the fight was for both of them Akainu was still superior in certain ways

Maybe but there isn't one group in all of one piece like that, or at least I fail to remember. Even if a organization is relative each other (as in they are group members that are not separated by a whole tier) oda always ranks the directly, or implicitly (bounties, doriki, group intern ranks and so on).
Interestingly enough the Gorosei hierarchy is also obfuscated but I'm assuming like the numbers indicate there is an actual hierarchy to them once they become main enemies (as the numbers of the summoning circles already hint at it)
