With this recent chapter its pretty obvious that Ryoukugyu wouldve probably been demoted or fucked over if he engaged the RHPs. Yamakigi and his team literally needs clearance just to defend themselves against Blackbeard.

Ryoukugyu was already in Wano doing something against Akainu's orders. So if he started a war with the RHPs without HQ permission as well lmaoo....he'd probably get kicked out of the Marines.

The "Not Yet" means if I catch you again in favourable conditions....imma sink you and your entire crew.

Thats like saying Zoro is a fodder from running away from Apoo. People have reasons for doing things. You can say he looked pathetic....but you cant say he was a fodder. Especially now that we have proof of why he had to leave.

Shanks obviously didnt use normal CoC. The outburst wasnt ordinary and was obvously something to target and attack someone.

You gotta view like it is...an attack. Not just a normal CoC outburst.

I think this is a good example of showing that there is a clear gap among people on the same level, even top tier.

This scene for me is showcasing/classifying Shanks as top Top tier and GB as low Top tier.
