Character Discussion GreenBull is a Hard Boiled Admiral?

#1
You guys should be familiar with the concept of Hard Boiled. At least after meeting Senior Pink. After the reveal .. just looking at him appearance to me it screams this "Hard Boiled" then i recalled his dialogue with Fuji and him not eating for 3 years and he will eat if a Woman makes him. And of course this chapter acting taugh but in reality hes a simp for akainu.

What is your 1st impression of him? What do you think his justice is?

The Green Mess with Red flags...

Oda has never fooled us more than now with the latest Admiral GB who is a personification of empty hype.
First off, we start with his hidden face paired with Green Bull name. Oda misleads us by making us think that his face is hidden for some reason, he could be Zoro lookalike and his name, a green bull like Ushimaru's coat... All of it led nowhere.

Segundo, he brags during his introduction that he hasnt eaten for 3 years when Fujitora offered him a meal. Another fake hype that went nowhere, the dude is eating all the time, just not through the usual means like everyone else does.

Number tri, supposedly "mere commanders" are nothing for him while every other top tier has proven that they cannot get rid of "mere commanders". Fake hype that leads nowhere considering the situation and state of those commanders.

Numero 4, the biggest red flag - hey look, he's got a black blade! Who carries a katana without a sheath? Nobody. Oda is trying too hard to fool us, I bet this leads nowhere and simply ends up a sheath with a blade-like pattern.

Nummer 5, seeking Akainu's approval. Nobody worth his salt is doing this. This screams fodder. A fodder that will be introduced and trashed in the same volume. Since Yonko took losses, it is time for Admirals to take a loss as well. Coby as replacement paralleling Buggy?

Number roku, the pattern of Admirals introduction ending in a flop. Aokiji fails to off Robin, Kizaru fails to capture Supernovas, Akainu fails to kill Dragon's son, Fujitora fails to capture Luffy and Law... Green Bull succeeds?

Long story short, Green Bull seems like lots of talk and zero substance. Will he die/suffer a defeat in Wano? We shall see.

He is not a simp of Akainu. He is even more rebel than Fujitora. Maybe not as much as Aokiji.
He clearly is a rebel.

Well that is a detailed analysis. I do agree on some of them especially the "black blade" when i 1st saw it i was like.. nah its a wooden sword lol.

None of you have given me what this post is supposed to be :milaugh:. What do you guys think Greenbull personality and justice are?

Fujitota has a believe. But once Akainu demanded him to capture Luffy and Law he tried to. He never was against Akainu order.

Greenbull is directly against Akainu order.
these admirals clearly has a believe.

the comparison you gave clearly not apple to apple, of course Fujitora wouldnt disobey to capture Luffy and Law. its his job :seriously:

Okay, so he is a rebel and is doing things on his own. He only called a Warship so he could arrest pirates and take them to Impel Down not to actually help him.

My guess is that his personality is similar to Kid. He is overconfident and don't trust others(even that Kid still trust in Killer). His Justice is something like Justice by own hands. Remember that GreenBull and Fujitora are not build in marines. They came from popular people. I would say at least Greenbull himself used to be the guy who make justice by himself and not waiting for marines to do it.

He didn't captured Luffy and Law for some days when they were resting after Dressrosa fight. He only took some actiong when Akainu demanded.

In Fujitora's eyes they were the heroes of Dressrosa.

In fact when they were fighting he did nothing to beat Doffy because he wanted to make sure Shichibukai system would be abolished after that.

So he isn't doing because it is his job. He is only doing because Akainu demanded. While Greenbull is going against what Akainu demand.

thats not completely right, he's a gambler, he was using his dice tho we might asume that as "the luck". he was saying to Sengoku that he would capture all of them if the dice said so.

He is hard indeed

Such a piece of macho
:milaugh:
Extreme justice, doing things on his own extreme (doing things behind akainu's back, secretly ordering a warship)
Extreme justice hmm interesting. Regarding the warship. Aren't they "Admirals" have the authority to call upon a Warship when ever they need without reporting to Akainu?
