This. Oda usually doesn't make strong female characters, so she'll be probably the Kalifa of the Holy Knights (a.k.a. the weakest). She could also be in the middle of the pack, like Ulti, but she is nowhere near Shamrock IMO.

True there are only a few exceptions

Kalifa and Blueno are probably in the top 3 of the CP9 (now CP0) if they're teaming up with Lucci.

Ulti was the strongest TobiRoppo with the best feats, a group tier below All-Stars. Gunko is literally a HK (same group as Shamrock) who tagged along Shanks twin brother

So? Maynard is in the same rank as Garp. Saul was in the same rank as Aokiji (22 years ago). Moria was in the same group as Mihawk.

We don't really how strong was Ulti compared to the other tobiroppo, but IMO she was in the middle of the pack. She got impressive durability feats undoubtedly (could come back after Big Mom's Maser Ho and all), but she couldn't even finish Nami off. Both Who's-Who and Sasaki got stronger matchups in Onigashima.

Her tagging along with Shamrock is more reason to believe she's on the weaker end. He's probably the strongest HK, so that already covers the strength requirement, Gunko would just be there for assurance, no need to bring two of your heaviest hitters to the same spot. Besides, Oda's not going to introduce the top 3 so soon. Her dynamic with Shamrock isn't doing her any favours either, usually the strongest of a group speaks to the next couple strongest combatants differently, Shamrock almost seems like he is babysitting Gunko.

Also she's a female, and she isn't wearing pants. That speaks for itself in this manga.

Ulti was the only one who actually ever expressed any interest in taking the place of one of the All Stars as well, and shit-talked Kaido to his face. Dugong is just bad at powerscaling

Maynard nor Moria have ever accompanied the other to go torture another top tier. Gunko’s portrayal so far hasn’t suggested she low in the ranks of HK. Design scaling means nothing, people did the same shit with Yamato and her side boob fanservice. Her powers are also similar to Imu’s

Ulti fought Goofy and bested him in a CoA clash. Got immensely hurt by a Yonko. And she didn’t even fight Nami she fought Zeus. Nami didn’t even know wtf she was doing lmfao. Zeus would mollywhoop Franky and Robin at the same time btw, Zeus >>>>> mid trio
