Big Mom was literally using CoC the entire time, the entire floor was getting knocked out. Proof is that she gets weaker with a fluctuating mental state, and that Law can’t move her. She’s constantly using CoC, that’s why she‘s tough.

She was even trying her hardest to deflect Damned Punk, but she can’t do anything about Law’s awakening.

The god knights and elders could be a special case in which because Imu gave them all some of his power at least when it comes to regeneration it could potentially be a different pool of haki

As in summer’s own individual haki could be a separate pool of haki he has to pull from from the regeneration powers Imu bestowed on him

Or maybe it’s just one single pool of haki meaning Imu makes them overall stronger on top of the regeneration

All I'm saying is, if you put Kizaru or Aramaki on Punk hazard/Dressrosa, Doffy is not aura farming like he was. Kuzan and Fuji bros need to explain that embarrassment....

That's a burst of haki, just like what Law did to reverse the df effect to turn into a man again when he faced BB and his crew.

Also haki is finite, she can't coat herself with haki constantly.

What she does is more like what Zoro is doing unconsciously, with his CoC pouring out of him.

She obviously used CoC coating to try and defend there. A high concetration of haki at that, DR Xebec was constantly rendering Roger/Garp’s attacks and we haven’t seen him release that much haki.

She does do it almost constantly, her defense isn’t special without haki. This was already hinted at WCI and now we know how she’s so tough.

Haki is finite but these guys have a ton of haki reserves. What would a release of basic CoC do against guys it wouldn’t have an effect on??? She’s not like Zoro who doesn’t even know he has CoC lol.
