So does Zoro has Adv CoC yes or no?
No. Not until he can
A.) Split the sky
B.) Cut somebody without his sword touch(flying slashes don't count)
It's possible that COC exist in many characters you might see it as their personality and will starts to match their potential. Which makes sense as Luffy didn't really start showing COC until he fought battles where he reached the limit of his potential and broke through barriers that defied logic. Seeing as will is a power that defies reality. No matter how strong you become you can't become legendary until you realize yourself. You can't do that without powerful will.
See the regular reader might see will as the power to do something hard but in reality will is something that can be inherited.. something that reaches beyond you physical being and effects the metaphysical. Which is why it's also called ambition. As smart as vegapunk is he still wishes to do things he's smart enough to know might not be possible. Zoro's first step in unlocking coc was putting aside his dream to become WSS which is a totally possible ordeal to making Luffy Pirate king which we can say is a much greater effort because rafter might not exist or their might be enemies impossible to overcome.
The effort of wanting no matter the situation is a trait that Luffy embodies which is the reason he's never shaken at challenges. To put it simply we have a pure example of when Sanji witnessed Zoro fall into the ocean in his duel against Mihawk. He stated that if the situation was realizing your dreams or death you should forget your dreams and leave. While Zoro may have been out of his league in everyway against Mihawk he refused to back down in the face of death which is a statement that can't be quantified in a powerlevel. His ideals were at the moment stronger than Mihawks which opened Sanji's eyes and motivated him. In essence his will was passed on to a similar person and it was great training for his Haki.
Or when Luffy was told his bite strenght could never compare to Arlong so he punched a column of stone. You could see his crew being vitalized by his defiance. His will was being passed on and that is the essence of Haki.
Haki is simply your will/ ambition which is pushed forward by your conviction and evolved by the effects that it has on people. This is why Rayleigh said Haki can only be strengthened in battle. Your baseline haki is allways the same it grows slowly but the effect it has on itts surroundings breaks it down and builds it stronger.
At the end of the day Zoro was going to die tied to a post. Luffy's first encounter with death in the series was being executed by buggy. By simply smiling he made a believer out of smoker, sanji, zoro and probably even Dragon and literally had the an entire town looking at him as if he were a God. Even in the real world a man's true power comes from those he inspires.
