Not sure ID would bypass the barrier, the barrier is made OP by Oda, we already saw it against King Punch (the one which could take out Yonkos) and it still did not break or get bypassed. But then again the nature of ID (destroying something from within) could potentially break the barrier (though we don't know how weapon users can integrate ID into their attacks, I mean swords are supposed to be an extension of the arm so maybe it's possible).
But the fruit has its limitations too which were shown in DR, so probably a Snakeman attack or omnidirectional attack like Tatsumaki can easily bypass it.
