You could be. Or you could be dead on. No one knows what Koby is capable of. There’s a lot of ambiguous hype around him. Garp’s putting his faith in Koby as the future of the Marines. Hes going to be really strong eventually. The only question is whether that future is distant. My guess is that he’s Mid Trio level or a little above that.

As long has you have potential to Grow the Caliber of your self.. Anyone can get CoC.. Koby is literally on the CoC track because he was inspired by Luffy.. He had completely a mindset switch..
