Based on the last voting alone no, I couldn't. Orca voted for Watson, which at best of it buffed him, it would have sent it into a tie and the result could have been the same on a coin flip, or it removed his vote power.

And as for this day phase, Yoho is the one I targeted with the Vote power, but even if it's +1/-1 with the shift onto Orca I don't see it being enough to be able to tell
