not in a closed role madness setup where dupes of roles can exist
unless specified by the host that no dupes exist you shouldnt counter claim
Anti-claim exists in most closed setups from my experience, mostly in the form of claim viging. Theres not much reason to counter claim. If you think theyre evil you can push them without ccing
