You did absolutely nothing to push Ultra. This is just delusional rambling at this stage. You voted him towards the end, which you get some credit for, but before that you wanted to lynch Flower. As I said, I have 0 regrets about that shot.
I understand your reasoning behind it, but the biggest issue with you knowingly going for a Townie is you indirectly dwindled Town's numbers down in the beginning which caused further chaos and direction

Not as a whole per se, there were actual cataslymic events that occurred that gave us leverage

I find Fang less hard to read and it's hard to argue with him when he gets in a more aggressive mindset but admittedly your play was selfish for Town

While you go through repeats with Ekko and Fang and it turns into circular arguments and it's frustrating as hell, the best play like you did earlier was to just disengage and solve around their slots and have someone else patient enough to have discourse you aren't up to doing (if I were town, I would've assisted with that, and probably Flower.)

Your play and reasoning was strategic, but you didn't calculate what the outcome was and whether it really would've been beneficial for Town in the end had you simply delegated those slots to someone else you trusted (an example would be Charlie.)

Tl;dr you nerfed town's numbers without really meaning to and based it on your past experience with Fang rather than observing who else would engage with him and be willing to read him in a different light - y'all had a chance with this with Luka imo

He would have enough bite and enough energy to engage as an objective party, leading to new insight

The End and the Beginning
with you knowingly going for a Townie
I know we love misrepresenting positions here but I did not do this. How could I, as Town, know he was Town? Here is what I said in my PM:
I can see Orwellian flipping town but I think his presence is an active demerit given how he obviously doesn't engage genuinely, so no real better shot for me to take.
"can see". Not "I think he is". What I saw was a player that had a player as strong scum, then manufactured a reason to avoid voting them, tied a player I thought was town to that scum player, and then proceeded to spend the rest of the day arguing against that player. I felt there was fair chance he was going to flip scum. I also acknowledged that I am not infallible, and could certainly be wrong. Me acknowledging that said possibility exists and is plausible, does not mean I think it's what is in play.

I didn't bother reading the rest of your post, on the basis that I don't believe it's going to offer me anything new to think about when you're clearly assuming my position beyond what I consider to be reasonable.

I just assumed you read him as Townie and you felt the best strategy was just reducing noise because he's a mixed bag - that's the impression I got, I didn't remember whether you actually read him as scum or not as I've horrid retainment when it comes to these things, especially if I'm not soaking in the info

Dismiss if you want, whatever

I'd be in a similar boat five games ago if I were vig/had shots because it would be 50/50 and he's easily LHF for scum, but it still isn't the best play because I didn't know with him in the far past
