Help me understand why do you have rules but you’re not following them??

One of the rules is no trolling
And the forum is FILLED with trolling
Tons and tons of threads created just for the sole purpose of trolling and getting people angry

I have been a member of many forums
But I have never seen a trolling this much
It’s like a zoo

Where are the mods ?
Why do you have this rule if you’re not going to follow it ?

Let the trolling be dude, it would be boring if everyone was just serious.
As long as there is no harassment towards someone, it's fine.
And there is plenty of serious user, we need both to be entertained.

They only troll on specific threads. If tomorrow you make a serious one, you'll have serious answers.
If you see a troll thread just don't enter it.
Most of the trolling happens in the spoilers threads and between some fandoms. But it's a tango, you need at least two fandom to dance it. So as long as there is trolling on both side, there should be no harm.

Spotting trolls is not always so foregone as it may seem. Some users just have bizzarre ideas, that doesn't automatically mean they are trolls. It's the cumulation of too many bizzarre ideas that can start to raise a suspect, or individuating a much different pattern with a well known user who seems disingenous.

See what @Finalbeta said, it's not always easy to identify a troll.
Rules are meant to be bent anyway.
I understand your point of view but I just don't take One Piece seriously enough to be upset by the trolls. I also troll sometimes, people are just having fun, don't overthink it, just try to enjoy it. If you don't like it, there is also the ignore button or you can just not read the trolling answers
