Loda offpaneling character interactions between MAIN CHARACTERS I simply bad writing, there's no 2 ways around it

I have said this before and it proves more true by the minute, Oda seems almost bored by most Strawhats these days and actively wants new stuff to write about.

Its arguably why he created Nika for Luffy, so he could have "spice up" the same guy he has been writing about for 20 plus years already. In a sense this is why crew interactions feel so bad. If Oda is bored of the Strawhats why would he EVER waste time on them talking to each other instead of new characters?

And this would in theory be fine, if Oda at leats HINTED at them doing more stuff of-panel but he refuses even that these days!

The reason why it sucks extra hard post-skip is that the whole dynamic of the crew even being a crew is really weird because of his instance of jamming more and more characters into the story and ALSO spending less and less time between islands. Due to how lightning fast Oda overall has handled the travel of the crew post-skip and to a degree pre-skip in-universe it makes a lot of people doubt/question how "close" the crew even is.

Like all slander aside, there has been close to ZERO moments of extended time where the Strawhats can even actively get to know each other/spend time with each other instead of mingling with the new 50 or so characters Oda has them interact with it in the arc instead.

Objectively speaking for example Zoro and Nami spent CONSIDERABLY more time with Perona and Haredas than ANY of the other Strawhats. And unless EoS does a timeskip where it is revealed they spent like 20 years sailing with each other of-panel? That will probably still be true by the end of the story since from the pace Oda has Luffy will probably be Pirate King in like 2 months. And that is kinda wild to me not gonna lie.

I voted yes because if ever their was a last chance for Vivi to rejoin it's now. Though I am not sure about the next twenty chapters simply because I don't trust that some of those chapters won't be dedicated else where.

As for tension between Vivi and Robin I expect that it would actually be from Robin. We know Vivi let it go already but Robin doesn't. So I would expect some awkwardness their from Robin considering she is under no illusions about what she was involved in.

Either way I am looking forward to Vivi rejoining the Strawhats for the final leg of the journey.

I agree the Strawhat's crew split makes sense if Vivi were to show up. That would actually be a interesting development. Especially with Vivi only knowing Robin from her Ms All-Sunday days.

But, I don't know if Big News Morgans is heading towards Elbaf? Much like the World Government seems hesitant to go to Elbaf, I think Big News Morgans might hesitate to bring his blimp directly over Elbaf airspace...and within range of their arrows and spears.

I mean, MAYBE Vivi could bail out of the blimp and parachute or sky-dive her way to Elbaf without him? That would make for a really cool scene. But, I don't know if Morgans is even going to get close enough to do that much.

Plus, personally, I think Vivi is eventually going to end up meeting with Imu before getting rescued by the Strawhats. That would give us a excuse to learn more about Imu, so I'm personally hoping that happens, instead. I want to see Imu's face sooner rather than later, and meeting with Vivi would give us a excuse to do that.

So...I'm going to say it won't happen, right now. She most likely will meet up with the Strawhats at some point, though.
