- Shichibukai Black Beard (without Tremor DF) immediately senses Prime Bullet's power via CoO Haki (it is said that Bullet got even more powerful than even Rayleigh, and beat Kid + Urouge + Apoo + Hawkins + Drake + Killer etc at the same time, and then beat Post-WCI Luffy with ease) and Shichibukai BB decides not to recruit Prime Bullet into his crew.
If that's accurate, this would mean:
- Every crew member that BB has are clearly weaker than BB, before time skip, Shichibukai BB without Tremor DF > Pre-TS Shiryu , and BB with Tremor DF > Admiral Aokiji (who is Akainu's equal).
- Shichibukai BB (without Tremor DF) is stronger than Pre-TS Shiryu (who is said to be equal to Magellan), and stronger than other strongest Level 6 prisoners who won the Cage Fights vs. other Level 6 prisoners, but only BB didn't recruit Prime Bullet into his crew because Prime Bullet was potentially as strong as Shichibukai BB (without Tremor DF), and stronger than the other level 6 prisoners (Pre-TS Shiryu without DF, and other strongest Level 6 prisoners)
- BB obviously senses others power levels too via CoO Haki, (such as Shichibukai BB without Tremor DF > Magellan or Marineford WB, as well as he fought Sengoku+Garp combined after stealing Tremor DF etc) this means he fought them because he didn't sense they were as strong as him. Shichibukai BB without Tremor DF came to Marineford and throw his Shichibukai title away without being scared of Admirals and Marineford WB,
Later BB also challenged every Marine in Marineford (Akainu included, he clearly hears BB, and BB knew he is there too),
And he kept fighting after the Tremor DF upgrade vs. Sengoku+Garp, although he was still not being able to control Tremor DF at that time.
