So Zoro’s been fucked up hard this chapter, it’s time to predict how much fight he has left.

I’m of the mind that this roof fight is not ending without Zoro reopening Kaido’s scar and I think at MINIMUM that requires 33% Zoro. It would be ridiculous if a 20% Zoro managed to Reopen Kaido’s scar.

Lol, I was going to say in another thread... this part is unrelated to your question but I think it's clear that the level of damage correlates with tension, and tells us who are main players are. Law and Killer are in good shape because they're not quite strong enough to create story tension by being injured. The fight will go on in order of strength for the finale.

Zoro: 25%. He can take maybe one good hit and unleash whatever he has as his greatest offense before dropping for good.

Luffy: 70%. He can take maybe four more hits, depends on what Ragnarok did really.

Kidd: 80%. His face is kinda raggedy but he's fit to carry the middle of the fight.

Killer and Law: 90%. They might be able to withstand as much as Kidd, a little less than Luffy. They'll take us to the middle of the fight which is when the main fighters will be getting back up

Not that badly.
Right after Zoro got hit by the attack, Luffy didn't show any concern for him, instead immediately charging at Kaido, and when Kaido dodged him, Luffy was still able to smile happily. Indicates that Zoro wasn't hurt that badly, otherwise Luffy would be more worried.
If anything, it was Zoro who got worried and shouted "Luffy!!!" when he got hit by Ragnarok later.

After that, Zoro was still healthy enough to fight Prometheus.

The wound is not that serious. Thriller Bark was worse imo.
