Bounties have become a mess. At this point, nothing less than 3B would make much sense for Rayleigh. Oda seems to want to keep everything below Shanks’ 4B currently, so that is probably the range to consider. Top tier regardless

3.9-4.2 billion range seems reasonable.

Have a hard time seeing Rayleigh's bounty surpassing all post skip emperor bounties but then again the Roger pirates are amongst the most dangerous threats to the WG.
Ray's bounty could potentially hit 4.7 billion if Oda wants to go for it.
