Sanjuan Wolf the "Colossal Battleship" that Blackbeard freed and recruited in his crew is considered to be the tallest man in history, with good reason as he litterally dwarfs even Oars and Little Oars Jr and being roughly at the same size than the Marine HQ at Marineford, his height is estimated to be 180 meters.

And yet it was revealed that the reason for Sanjuan Wolf being so huge is because of a Paramecia devil fruit that allows him to increase his size, he was confirmed to be a giant born in West Blue but that was was smaller that he is when using his devil fruit. This explanation makes perfect sense since it would have been outright impossible for the World Government to imprison him inside Impel Down if he was that big all the time.

Without his devil fruit to increase his height and size how tall and big do you think that Sanjuan Wolf is in his true form ? How tall he is compared to another giant in his true form ? Is he still bigger or at least fatter than other giants even without his df or does he really needs it to surpass them in height ?

The most easy answer is to say that SJW is 18m tall as a giant and his DF allows him to be 10 times taller : 180m.

But knowing Oda and the way he gives powers can lead me to say otherwise : if Oda gives someone a DF to be tall it can mean that SJW was a small giant among his people and maybe he was bullied by other giants or had complex about his size so maybe the DF allows someone to grow bigger than 10 times and SJW is "only" 8/10 m at best.

And SJW seems quite weird personality wise , a bit like a child etc. I can see him being extremely happy to be taller than everyone now and being in power and he can now bullied others.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was average at best among giants without using his fruit

Ahaha, I could indeed see him being a "dwarf" among the giants with him being only 6-9 m only without his df and with his df allowing him to grow 20 or 30 times taller.

He is the size of Marineford and his epithet was something involving ship "can't remember atm". So he is probably bigger then galleon.

Yes it was confirmed in the VC that he ate a df that allows him to grow in size, when he was in Impel Down he had to be in his real size because otherwise Impel Down's entrance and cells would have been far too small for him.
