If there was legit manga panels of him acting scared of shitting his pants I would accept them wholeheartedly. I only deal with facts.
I’m as neutral as possible as I love both admirals and yonko. I hate kaido right now but not for the reasons you mentioned, as they are not facts but opinions/feelings.
He also failed to get Raizo.
Failed to get Ashura, Luffy, Law.
Failed to get back Doffy.
Failed in pretty much anything he did.
Who tf cares if he ''survived'' two admirals in a naval attack who he prolly tried to sneak on and took out two ships woohoo...Ace sunk multiple ships in one hit in Alabasta and Luffy survived 3 admirals on land in MF...
Surviving Zo's attack is only due to him being a fish and an ancient Zoan, how is that considered a W feat is beyond me.
Luffy for sure loses a lot but also wins a lot.

He failed to get Raizo because the dukes were strong and were taking shifts. He was also fighting them and the entire minks alone while his forces got overrun.

They also fought pretty even while jack himself wasn’t in hybrid. And kaido showed up interrupting the fight. Law and luffy were nowhere to be found till luffy jumped kaido and got clapped. So I don’t get this.

And he still survived so that’s props to him for me. See I as how luffy got his ass clapped by kaido, him surviving those 3 is a better feat.

I used facts and thats it, jack went against admirals and there was a battle, judging by his bandages, and survived. Luffy didnt fight no admiral, they just stood there and he ran past them. See the difference? Ofc you dont.
And zou, an wallking island, hit jack head on and he survived again. Thats a huge durability feat but you do you.

Kind of unfair to say when we clearly haven't gotten Kaidos backstory yet. We have no idea of:
- his Rocks backstory and relationship with BM
- his actual origins and how he formed his crew with the all Stars and numbers
- his relationship with his daughter
- why he even decided to use Wano as his main territory and why Onigashima was made into a what it is today.

Im saying that his ''Ls'' can be taken both ways, either your way oh lol he lost and thats it. Or the other way, thats its a testament to his toughness, meaning its a tankyness feat but whatever man.
to me kaido is still the unbeatable force that he was introduced as. as of late we see some true colors in his character. he doesn't seem like some big brute that has no brain. it seems like he is an actual warrior who seems like a father figure to some of his subordinates.
kaido being almost beaten by oden was needed. it showed that even the most untouchable people can be taken down at some point and in my opinion it doesn't take away any of his hype. because, we clearly see that kaido realizes that he would've lost if higurashi didnt step in. kaido seemed a lot more calm when it came to killing oden off. for the entire execution he was laughing his ass off, but when the execution was over it seemed like he had realized something. for instance, he killed off higurashi aka the person that helped him win out of respect for oden. he wasn't scared of him anymore, he knew that oden wouldn't be able to do much anymore so out of compassion and respect he finished him off himself, not with a boro breath not with a thunder bagua, but with a simple gunshot. And, i think that speaks charachter

You mistook his silence during the boiling mate, it was imo, him getting profoundly touched by the way Oden was acting and the epic way he was behaving. Right after the boiling ended kaido told him that they will remember his death for years to come. He came to respect the man, whereas before he didnt.
There is no fear there or him realizing oden woulldnt do much, earlier i posted a manga panel of oden planning to assassinate kaido. That and his lletter ot toki indicates one thing to me, he was wary of kaido. And the only reason he would be so is because he already tested his capabilities against him. When would that be you ask? In the castle when he was trying to kill orochi. We clearly see kaido arrive and stop the next strike that i assume was a named or more powerfull attack then the one he first used on orochi to break the barrier. After that they squared off for a bit before orochi made his proposal.
