How come the Blackbeard Pirates aren't noticed by any of those ships

Did Laffitte use his powers to control marines and surround their ship using the navy ships? Catarina Devon disguising their ship and themselves as a marine ship?

Likely just like with Impel Down; Lafittes hypnosis is coming in clutch here. Either that; or they disposed of the ship when they landed.

Laffitte. As we've seen so far, his stealth abilites are top notch. He infiltrated Mary Geoise unnoticed until he announced himself and single handely opened the Gates of Justice to Marineford. He must have pretty good infiltration skills. Devon may also play a role, since her DF is about deceiving.

There's no fleet when the bb pirates' ship is shown near egghead. It could be after the incident.

Because the only thing they are good at is stealth. One of them have the perfect power to disguise themselves and the other is a hypnotist

If it’s not just plot protection it’s either:
1. They already took what they came for and left. That was my initial thought before Caribou’s possibly saving Luffy

2. The ship is actually far away from the island and Devon & Lafitte flew over alone.

Points to Lafitte and Devon being dropped off, I would say. I do think there’s a good chance of Devon impersonating Saturn at the end of the arc and returning to Mariejois.

Three main factors: abilities, setting, and writing

Abilities: Laffitte got into Pangea Castle undetected and Devon has a DF that lets her mimic appearances. Safe to say that both of these characters are fantastic at infiltration.

Setting: Very few people would have been around to see Laffitte and Devon. The Fabiriophase was being evacuated when the Blackbeard Pirates landed, so until the Marines landed, the only people that could've spotted them are Sentomaru and the Pacifista. Even after the Marines landed, Devon could easily disguise herself among the thousands of Marines, and the general chaos is perfect cover for Laffitte to sneak around.

Writing: In Impel Down and Marineford, the Blackbeard Pirates didn't make their move until the climax of the arc. Egghead will likely follow this trend. The Blackbeard Pirates are schemers who prefer to exploit ongoing situations. Once the Straw Hats and Marines are exhausted, Laffitte and Devon will probably complete whatever their objective is, and make their presence known in order to increase the notoriety of their crew
